Converted from an 18th Century farm wagon shed, this cottage retains many original features - including the cobble-bottomed pond which laps against the cottage walls.

The cottage sleeps 2 in the luxury of a large bedroom with double four-poster bed with an optional single cot. The living space is open-plan with the spacious living-room overlooking the picturesque pond (once used for filling steam-engines).

Facilities

The fully-fitted kitchen has microwave, dish-washer, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The cosy living area has a TV with DVD player and a good collection of books to enjoy.

The cottage is centrally heated (heating costs included in rental price).

Patio doors lead out to decking over the pond. The garden is lawned and fully enclosed. Car parking space for 2 cars is adjacent to the cottage.
